Illustrations

To train my ‚drawing muscle‘ I draw everyday. I mainly follow the ‚Making Art Everyday‚-challenge offered by Lisa Bardot from Bardot Brushes but also other drawing challenges like Inktober or Facetober. And sometimes I just follow the ideas that pop up in my mind. Of course there are way too many illustrations to showcase here. You can see all of my work on my Instagram but here I show my favorites only.

In general I try to depict a naive-cute children’s book illustration style. I like to use a limited color palette as well as simplified and stylized shapes. I draw most of my illustrations on an iPad Pro with the Apple Pencil using the app Procreate, but I also use the Affinity suite to create vector illustrations.
